PCGI Board of Directors shall:
1. Consist of the four (4) elected officers and and additional annually elected Board members, acting on the business of the organization. All other members are invited to attend the meeting but shall have no voting privilege.
2. Shall meet before the General Membership meeting and at other times as needed.
3. Authorize disbursements of the organization's funds.
4. Organize and administer the activities and properties of the corporation per the By-Laws.
Elections for the three and any additional Board Members as provided per the By-Laws for At-Large Board Members are held on the Annual Meeting of the Organization's membership at the October gathering. Two Officers on the Board are also elected at the Annual Meeting, unless also filling a vacancy for a resigned officer.
